This is a turn key office, painted externally and internally, fully insulated, double glazed and complete with a Herringbone effect vinyl floor, all fully installed onto your ready prepared base. The single door has a three lever lock and in the summer you can work with the windows thrown wide open to enjoy the birdsong. The construction itself is as impressive as it looks.
The external cladding is 19 x 125mm overlap panels. Each panel is treated throughout with our proprietary zinc borate based process to help resist fungal decay and insect damage. The cladding sits on 44 x 44 mm framing to give a sturdy construction. The floor is 20mm T&G, fully insulated with 25mm Celotex and finished internally with the attractive herringbone effect vinyl.
