Farmers have been using this digestate fibre as an eco-friendly alternative to chemical fertilisers for years, proving it to be just as effective without the environmental and wildlife risks associated with chemicals.Using Magic MulchWhen using Magic Mulch as a no-dig surface mulch, spread an even layer over the soil surface at about one inch thick. Avoid piling the Mulch around the base of plants; instead, create a “donut” ring or space around the base. Each bag provides approximately 10 square feet of coverage.Magic Mulch is too nutrient-rich for contact with freshly planted seedlings or delicate salads immediately after application. After a few weeks, it becomes suitable for such plants. The Mulch is not a compost substitute and should not be planted into directly.
