Native to South America, the Pampas Grass is considered one of the most striking ornamental grasses available, and it’s easy to see why. The towering feathery pink plumes of the ‘Rosea’ are instantly recognisable and were once associated with wealth and luxury in times gone by. Suitable in any garden style, this hugely versatile grass works well as a single specimen, in groups or planting en-masse to create dramatic backdrops or natural screens. Wherever the setting, these iconic grasses never fail to add texture and movement to any space. Despite their willowy beauty, they really are tough as nails and require very little care. They remain evergreen in warm areas and turn tan in colour in colder temperatures. Pampas Grasses perform best in full sun or slightly shaded spots in dry to medium, well-drained soil. They can tolerate almost drought conditions and still look fabulous throughout Autumn and Winter. Supplied as 2 x established plants in 9cm pots, ready to plant.
