Codiaeum Variegatum (also known as Variegated Croton, Garden Croton and Joseph’s Coat) is a plant native to Australia and Indonesia. With its beautiful variegated leaves it is easy to see why this is a popular houseplant. Real Codiaeum Variegatum plants are not only poisonous but are also extremely tricky to grow and maintain indoors making an artificial Codiaeum Variegatum plant the ideal alternative!
