The cabin is topped by a smart 19mm tongue & groove reverse apex roof. The Forest Brecon gives you 12.77m² of interior space to play with, which is plenty for desks, gym equipment, sofas and more. All of the timber used in the cabinâ s construction is also FSC® certified, which means that itâ s been sourced from sustainable and well-managed forests. Superior Roof Felt Industry standard roof felt generally has basic tear resistant and only lasts about five years. Forestâ s 34kg Superior Felt is three times more resistant to tears and has an impressive life expectancy of between 20 and 30 years. Not only will our Superior Felt last longer, but it also provides extra weather-proof protection to help keep your log cabin or garden office safe from the elements. Double-Glazed Doors and Windows The Forest Brecon comes with double doors and two tall windows, which let you enjoy ample natural light. All are double glazed, the doors are secured with a key-operated lock, and the windows feature a tilt and turn mechanism that allows side or top opening. Delivery and Assembly Weâ re pleased to be able to offer free delivery to most UK postcodes and also an optional installation service upgrade. Please note that the Forest Brecon log cabin must be assembled on a solid and level surface, such as poured concrete. If you select our installation service, then weâ ll need you to prepare the ground and base before the day of your installation. Wood Treatment As this garden office is supplied untreated, youâ ll need to treat it with a solvent-based preservative in order to protect the wood from rot or decay. We recommend one of Timmersolâ s timber stabiliser and waterproofers, which are available in a range of natural wood colours.
